Translation Projects

Overview

We support and provide translations of seminal works of Jonang literature with an emphasis on texts of historical, philosophical, and contemplative significance.

In response to the requests of Jonang masters that seminal works of their tradition now be made available to a larger audience, and aware of the increasing interest and demand for Western language materials that inform readers about this little-known Buddhist tradition, Jonang Foundation has formed the Ngedon Thartuk Translation InitiativeThis initiative is a committee comprised of trained Tibetan and Western scholars working in collaboration.
